Reporting to the Business Analyst Risk and Compliance, could you be our new Risk & Compliance Coordinator?


About the role

  • The primary purpose of the Risk & Compliance Coordinator role is to support Asset Management risk and compliance activities.
  • This will involve gathering relevant information and assisting the facilitation of risk workshops for identification of risks and emerging conditions, collate data on incidents and analyse incident trends.
  • The role will also assist in analysis of process deficiencies, identification of root causes and engage with process owners to formulate robust and holistic solutions.
  • This role is responsible for assisting the delivery of various risk assessments and compliance activities and execution of Asset Management risk assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with HSE department on matters related to risk management .
  • Provide high quality risk support to key stakeholders across Asset Management and assist in Risk and Compliance reporting.


About you

  • To be successful in this role you will have a Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or finance.
  • Project Risks co-ordination experience preferred.
  • Possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Have the ability to provide support and work with stakeholders across various parts of the organisation. 
  • Strong attention to detail to collate risk management information and follow up that risk treatments have been implemented.

The successful applicant will be paid commensurate with experience. The selection process may include aptitude assessments, a behavioural event interview, probity (police) check and medical check.
