About the opportunity

The Land Manager will lead the land assembly activities for Rail Projects Victoria's infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for providing sound advice on a wide range of complex land and property issues including the identification, acquisition, delivery, transfer and disposal of land required for projects. The position is a source of expertise on land matters associated with projects. The position involves recommending and implementing land assembly strategies and coordinating the development of program timelines for land acquisition. Reporting to the Director, Land, Planning and Environment, this role requires someone to take a proactive approach and demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving ability.

About you

You will be a highly focused and driven person who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes. You will hold a qualification in land or law discipline and have significant experience working within large infrastructure projects on land assembly matters. You will enjoy a fast paced, performance focused workplace where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and develop your career.
