About the role

As part of a dynamic and results-driven team the Land and Property Adviser provides advice to project delivery teams on land and property issues relating to the delivery of the project. The role will involve the provision of advice and assistance for both private, government and Crown land matters, and use of powers under the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009.

About you

You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. You will be a top negotiator, with a flair for lease agreements, whilst holding a strong understanding of land and property leasing frameworks.

You will use your investigative nature to explore land status, title searches and project survey needs whilst also identifying and managing all affected owners and third-party interests of project land. You will apply your collaborative and personable approach as you work closely with multiple stakeholders in matters relating to the management of land acquisition, disposal and valuations for the project.
