About the role

As part of a dynamic and results-driven team you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of key LXRP technology projects and programs. Following a common set of best practice principles and templates, you will support the projects' delivery by tracking and reporting on risks and issues and be the overall source of advice and guidance for PMO related activity.

About you

If you have worked in a large project environment within an established PMO function and have working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, we would love to hear from you! We are also looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • You are relied upon for your administration and guidance across the teams you support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills sees people seeking you out for advice
  • Proven collaboration and organisational skills, we operate in a fast paced and complex environment so we need someone that can work well with stakeholders across the organisation to get things done.

You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel.
