About the North East Link

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a $15.8bn infrastructure project that will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, whilst increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east whilst creating thousands of new jobs. With completion due in 2027, things are ramping up fast!

About the Opportunity

We're moving ahead on Victoria's biggest ever road transport project and are looking for a People Systems Administrator to join our HR team!

The role of the People Systems Administrator will be a busy and varied one and will be critical to our success. With a strong focus on strong verbal and written communication, this role will see you working collaboratively to ensure all systems are maintained and onboarding components are completed for new employees, in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll thrive on providing successful outcomes and flourish with interacting with stakeholders across the business ensuring new starters achieving a seamless onboarding experience.

About You

Key to your application will be your systems driven thinking with a strong eye for detail. You are a highly supportive team player, but also enjoy an appropriate amount of autonomy to manage your own workload. You strive for excellence, enjoying this teams drive to streamline processes and make things easier for the Project. Your ability to work in a demanding environment, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain effective working relations will see you succeed in this role.
