Level Crossing Removal Project
The Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) was established in 2015 to oversee the largest rail infrastructure project in Victoria's history, including the elimination of 75 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne. To date, 29 level crossings have been removed, 18 train stations have been rebuilt, new track has been laid, and three level crossing removals are now in construction. Our vision of 'Delivering Great Change, Transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel' is reflected in everything we do at LXRP.To continue this exciting work, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join the North East Project Delivery team.

- Salary range of $67,866 - $82,404 plus superannuation
- One full time, fixed term VPS 3 opportunity for up to 3 years

An exceptional opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Project Support Officerto join the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria's history.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project delivery teams including diary and email management for the Project Director and Deputy Project Director, regular reporting as well as assisting with scheduling meetings. The position will also be responsible for the management of approving and paying involves as required.
Key to your application will be your excellent organisation and communication skills. Your strong ability to work independently and proactively in a complex and fast paced environment will also ensure your success in this critical role.
