The Role We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team as part of the North East Program Alliance. You will perform Accounts Payable functions and general Accounting duties in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities will include: entry of daily dockets; processing and filing of invoices; reconciling creditor statements; communicating with subcontractors and suppliers; managing the accounts payable inbox; preparing related documentation and correspondence & assistance with general site administration. About You To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts /administrative function in a large organisation
  • A positive and friendly demeanour, with great communications skills
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • An accounts or administration qualification is desired, but not essential
  • Advanced skills in Excel and exposure to an ERP (ideally JDE)
