- VPS 5 - $96, 942 to $117, 293 plus superannuation

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications and Engagement, this role will work within the Communications and Stakeholder Relations team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing North East Link Projects (NELP) internal communications strategy, including the provision of strategic advice on employee engagement and internal communication plans.
You will manage a range of communication channels and activities to engage with and inform staff, including the intranet and employee e-newsletters and writing CEO and leadership team messages as well as coordinating presentations and face to face activities.
Building collaborative and productive relationships across NELP will be critical to ensuring internal communications are consistent, engaging and aligned with organisational planning.
You will be well experienced in delivering internal communication strategies and content that help build a connected and engaged internal community and support a positive workplace culture.
An experienced writer and editor, you can write for a range of channels and audiences and translate complex concepts and issues into accessible and simple language. You'll have proven experience in providing strategic communications advice at a senior level and working in a fast-paced, complex environment. As NELP's workforce grows, you'll provide invaluable communications support to its People and Culture team to support talent acquisition and a diverse and skilled workforce.
