The Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA) was established in 2015 to oversee the largest rail infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, including the elimination of 75 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne. To date, 29 level crossings have been removed, 18 train stations have been rebuilt, new track has been laid, and three level crossing removals are now in construction. To continue this exciting work, we currently have an exciting opportunity for two motivated and experienced Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join the dynamic People and Culture team.

  • Salary range of $96,942 - $117,293 plus superannuation
  • One full time, fixed term VPS 5 opportunity for up to 12 months
  • One full time, fixed term VPS 5 opportunity for up to 3 years

We have two exceptional opportunities for highly motivated and experienced Senior People and Culture Business Partners to join the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA), working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria's history.

Reporting to the Acting Director, People Partnerships and Programs, the Senior People and Culture Business Partners will be responsible for partnering with designated divisions to facilitate the delivery of integrated people and organisational development strategies. They provide high quality strategic and operational advice to support the achievement of the LXRA strategic objectives.

Key to your application will be your extensive HR business partnering, stakeholder management and organisational development experience. Your strong ability to provide high level consultancy to all levels of the business, coaching and advice to managers on a range of complex people matters and demonstrated expertise and understanding of relevant legislation and policies in HR management will also ensure your success in these critical roles.
